The criticism section is very incorrect. The accusations may have been correct 10 years ago, many things have changed. While Francophones may have trouble at a hotel or restuarant, there are many guides present who are fluent in French. Many of the local attendees speak Cajun French, which contains many differences, but is still understood by those who speak "proper" French. The statement "Louisiana Office of Tourism doesn't even print materials, such as maps and tour guides, in French" is COMPLETELY incorrect. In fact, I have had to translate all the maps/guides into English for my out-of-town friends who do not speak French. [edit]
