Contested deletion
[edit]This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Sharonroe (talk) 21:47, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Everything in the piece is accurate and based on fact. The articles cited are all verifiable and published by a number of authoritative oil and gas trade magazines dedicated to the industry and are objective in their descriptions of the business and the significance of its services and products.
The entry does not promote the company, but cites industry publications to describe what it does and why it is significant within the oil services industry. This business, based on these sources, should be considered noteworthy. I would appreciate clarification as to why it would not be considered so.
Any suggestions for changes in style and wording are welcome and should be incorporated immediately.
This is an objectively written entry that uses standard industry publications to demonstrate the significance of the company and its products.
- OK you want a shot I'll give you a shot. I've declined the speedy and have nominated the article for deletion. The discussion is here. You are welcome to participate in the discussion and you have 7 days to convince us that the article should be kept. I strongly suggest that you read WP:CORP. To be notable a corporation has to do more then exist. It has to have media coverage outside of insider trade publications. Also, while not a policy or guideline you might also want to read WP:B2B. --Ron Ritzman (talk) 00:53, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
