'Remarkable feudal possessions' - can this be clarified please. Jackiespeel (talk) 10:15, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

He was born in the city of Valencia, Kingdom of Valencia, Crown of Aragon, not Kingdom of Aragon. I don't know how to correct this in the side panel etc.

This sentence needs to be fixed

[edit]

Alfonso then concluded with the Venetians that he would attack the Florentines and the Venetian the Sforza.

"...the Venetian the Sforza" might should mean that the Venetians would attack the Sforza holdings (Milan); in that case a simple S has been deleted. If not, then some words have been deleted accidentally and need to be replaced. I don't know the subject well enough to make this determination. Deliusfan (talk) 19:28, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Another sentence needs repair

[edit]

The Pope to thwart the danger from which he had threatened the Italy tried to unite the Italian governments in his will to make them act against the invasion of the Turks and absolved the Florentines from excommunication, forgiving them for all the injuries done to the Church;

I'm thinking it should start out, "The pope, in order to thwart the danger which threatened Italy..." But after that I'm a little unsure what to do as there are a lot of ideas and important historical concepts jammed in this single phrase. It looks like the sentence was rewritten but then made worse rather than more clear. Deliusfan (talk) 19:51, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
