Verifiability

[edit]

The article contained a paragraph reading

In 2006, Fazoli's corporate office announces they are outsourcing the bulk of the corporate support staff positions. The CEO also begins to transition away from the company, though this is not made public.

I commented out the second sentence as it seems unverifiable. Michael Slone (talk) 19:45, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Valid ... how? It's still functional, and it seems to go to the appropriate website. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 03:43, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The article apparently no longer appears on the website (the link is functional, but returns "The requested article was not found"), but Google's cache still has a copy of the page. Michael Slone (talk) 17:51, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Oh! The link on this, the talk page. I thought User:Michael Slone was talking about the "External link" on the main page. My mistake. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 19:40, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Editing this article for a class. The article is well written and provides interesting information. Go through and check your grammar and spelling. There are issues with your corporate overview. Also, when talking about anything with numbers don't use "over" use more than. Over implies a spatial awareness. Links seem to work well. Example: The ball went over the fence. Example: There were more than 500 people in the room. Clmalvitz (talk) 21:44, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Bella Notte

[edit]

Interestingly enough, the head chef at Bella Note is named Kevin Toyoda. Is he related to this Kuni guy?

(in response to the question above) Yes, Kevin Toyoda is the son of Kuni. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.131.99.213 (talk) 05:26, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Apprenant contradiction

[edit]

The summary of the article says more than 380 restruants as of 2005 but the details say their 400th restruant opened way back in 2002. Is there an explaination for this? Jon 14:46, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Fazolis logo.gif

[edit]

Image:Fazolis logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:43, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Verifiability of charging breadsticks

[edit]

Kind of a tough point... it's true, but it's not going to be mentioned in any verifiable source. Only source is within the company. Ahanix1989 21:34, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Before posting menu updates, remember that the promos are for certain regions only -- just because your local Fazoli's has the Chicken Broccoli Penne Bake doesn't mean they all do. Ahanix1989 21:36, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cut Conversity section

[edit]

Previously stating:

In 2007, Fazoli's began testing the concept of charging for breadsticks rather than offering them for free. This test is currently only active in a fraction of restaurants. The test is currently active in Indianapolis, IN. "Unlimited Breadsticks" are offered for $.25. You receive a card that you place at the edge of the table, letting the Fazoli's employees know that you ordered "Unlimited Breadsticks". The employees bring a basket of breadsticks around to the tables that have the cards placed at the edges of the tables. The employees will also wrap up breadsticks for you to take home with you.

This needs sourced to be included in the article, otherwised it's OR and/or non veriable. Jon (talk) 13:27, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm...

[edit]

Why do I get the feeling that whoever wrote this works at Fazoli's? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Supernerd 10 (talkcontribs) 00:14, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Because its true. lol--NickSparrow (talk) 05:33, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article is definitely brought to you by the Fazoli's marketing department. 70.179.128.17 (talk) 05:49, 20 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia articles should not be written by marketing departments. The entire chronology section is lifted directly from the company's website and should be deleted. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.218.95.34 (talk) 00:38, 2 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hydrogenated oils.

[edit]

I work at a Fazoli's and this whole article really seems like it was written by someone in the marketing department higher up. Despite what it says about eliminating trans fats, one of the main ingredients in our breadstick oil is 'Hydrogenated Soybean Oil'. Easily confirmed via ingredient list here: http://fazolis.com/images/uploads/documents/Fazolis_Ingredient_Listing.pdf — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.68.147.139 (talk) 00:32, 10 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I thought the article had a lot of good information and the flow of the article was also very good. I traced some of the sources to the original website and they were all reliable and had good information on them. All of the citations were clearly placed in the article to help further the reliability of the article itself. It has a very good entry sentence and is followed by the history of the corporation as well as corporate overview and products. Corporate is spelled incorrectly and there is also some grammatical errors here and there. All of the sections in this article are in a good spot and do not need to be broken up or anything. Perhaps see about linking a fast food restaurant Wikipedia page to this page to compare the restaurant to its competitors other than Italian restaurants.Rwilliamson247 (talk) 22:12, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Fully Hydrogenated Oils are not concidered transfats. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.171.133.172 (talk) 20:02, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
