New page

[edit]

Created a new page for author, journalist, and public personality Faye Flam. OttRider (talk) 01:15, 1 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Citations in Lede?

[edit]

An editor put a citation-needed note in the lede, for a statement that was cited later in the text. I've generally kept ledes citation-free for clarity, but see that the guidelines say that this should be judged "case by case". So I've moved a block of citations to the lede, but put them at the end to avoid cluttering it. Discussion welcome on this. OttRider (talk) 12:29, 1 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Errors found on page

[edit]

The graduation dates were wrong. When I looked into some of the references, Faye appears in photos of one class but actually graduated in another. Some of the quotations (from dating sites for example) are out of place here.

I'm going to start a new draft of the page and re-review all the references carefully. Kyle(talk) 04:37, 12 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Inflammatory References

[edit]

I am removing subjects relating to Nazism and Adolf Hitler and sexism related to spanking. These do not belong in a BLP article. Kyle(talk) 06:20, 12 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Review Completed and Article Refreshed

[edit]

After a few days of review, the article has been refreshed with new images and one additional quotation. Redirects have been updated that were created during the review. Cleanup is finished (for now.) Kyle(talk) 01:07, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
