I don't think Sweet v Parsley (1969) is an example of strict liability because the conviction was quashed by the House of Lords. Biscuittin (talk) 08:21, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Focus too narrow; Globalize tag

[edit]

This article is almost exclusively about modern English law and lacks almost any information about American law. To be fair, a far larger number of people are affected by US law than are affected by British law.

Perhaps separate articles are needed for the topic for each country? PainMan (talk) 17:19, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It seems as though this article has not undergone any structural changes for almost a decade, I think it would be best to rename this article to correspond with its primarily English topics, cull the more global aspects and construct a new article with a broader scope. I also like PainMan's idea of individualized pages for each set of jurisprudence. Perhaps a global disambiguation page then? JustinMal1 (talk) 00:10, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Versari in re illicita

Versari in re illicita redirects here, but is not explained in the article. -- Beland (talk) 19:39, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
