Bridge two is here? See [1]. Do you think we should include this link in the article now, or after discussing Kurzewil bridges concept? Inconsistencies

Hi!

So I've been thumbing through The 10% Solution for a Healthy Life and comparing it what I remember from this book. I seem to remember that FV recomends eating more proteins and low-glycemic foods (which usually means lower carb) while 10% states that we eat too many protein (too much urea produced) and recomends more carbs, albeit in the form of vegetables.

So, while I'm not accusing anyone of anything I wonder if anyone has anything to comment about this...
