What is this?
[edit]This is not the first article I've seen about a musical where the text is awkwardly warped around to make room for the titles of the songs, written in italics, jammed right in the middle of the text. But I do sincerely hope it's the last. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.100.83.62 (talk) 19:23, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Happy to review this article! Sorry you've had to wait a long time. After a quick read, here's my comments so far:
- "in the wake of the ravages of the 1980s AIDS epidemic" - I would remove the bold part; I think the sentence already makes sense without it
- The words "bar mitzvah" is capitalized and un-capitalized in its usage throughout the article. Is this deliberate?
- "Ellen Pall of The New York Times noted that.." - could we use "wrote" instead of "noted" in some instances? "Noted" tends to be overused on Wiki.
- Awards and accolades - every award needs to be sourced. Perhaps add a column for Reference and add sources.

[edit]LM150, Basilisk4u, where does this nomination stand? As far as I can tell, Basilisk4u hasn't edited on Wikipedia since mid-December of last year, when they posted they'd get back to a different GA review that was ultimately closed two weeks later because they hadn't edited since. LM150, you may want to do the same; it's been over a month.
Note that "bar mitzvah" should be in lowercase except as part of a song title (i.e., "Jason's Bar Mitzvah"). BlueMoonset (talk) 05:20, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the heads up. I've gone ahead and fixed the issues throughout the article. It's now at a good enough standard to be promoted. LM150 14:11, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
