Are these guys even notable?

Yes, they are notable since some members later formed Type O Negative. I wouldn't want to put Carnivore (band)-related and Fallout-related information in the article of TON.

Not notable

It is just some garage band that Pete Steel happened to be in. Nothing more. Criteria six says two independently notable musicians. Who is notable except for Pete and why? I mean I know you will say silver bit he was only in Type O negative. If Kenny was in this band I would give it to you because he was in Danzig's band. Or even Sal cuz of Life of Agony.
