A few points

[edit]
  1. There's a large number of military living out in Fallbrook.
  2. To live off-base, up to a certain pay grade (rank), you must be married.
  3. The marriage rate is so high because of 1 and 2.

This is pretty much original research, but it's what I've observed. (Also, take a look at [1]. The marriage rate does seem to be unusually high for the area.) --76.201.16.51 15:15, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A most notable Fallbrook resident is the current day Neo-Nazi Godfather, Tom Metzger. Between the late 1970s - 1990s, Metzger based his two white supremacist organizations in Fallbrook with the support and protection of the local Fallbrook community. His group openly claimed to be the most racist organization in the United States and openly advocated for violence against non-whites and "race-traitors". It is questionable whether or not Metzger still resides in Fallbrook, but his associates such as Ray Carney still reside in Fallbrook and carry on his legacy.

Also missing from this Wikipedia post is the history of the native and Mexican settlers that preceded the Reche family. Some names associated with Fallbrook settlers are the Palomares and Alvarado families. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.176.116.108 (talk) 21:11, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

City vs CDP

[edit]

This article claims Fallbrook is a city in the first sentence and again on the right-hand side, however it is not a city. It is a Census Designated Place, a community part of the unincorporated area of San Diego County. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.239.90.59 (talk) 20:42, 16 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
