I'll take this one. The Rambling Man (talk) 12:27, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- Not sure that the "purpose of use" being just "infobox" for the concept art is sufficient for fair use. I would expect more reasoning behind why it's so important that this is used and that there are no alternatives.
- Well, now that the ride is built, there are replacements (just that none are freely licensed but I will try to get in touch with a few people within the next few days) so I will delete it.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- A single para lead looks a little short to me for an article of this length. I would expand it a little.
- Better? Or do you still want more. I think I've touched on every section of the article in the lead.--Dom497 (talk) 17:09, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- Ref 11 is currently showing as a dead link.
- I knew you would bring this up. I invite you to read this wonderful discussion me and another user had regarding the issue. In a nutshell, the source is still verifiable, you just need to contact the FAA.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Ok, is there no alternative source you can use? Or is it available at archive.org? A dead link is disappointing, and I (nor a reader) should need to contact the FAA to verify a sentence in Wikipedia. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:45, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- I know, it is disappointing. I've done pretty much everything to try a find another source but you have to understand that the park will never admit that the project got delayed a year. But in the end, it is still verifiable. (You think this will be an issue in FA?).--Dom497 (talk) 19:58, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- FAC will ask the same questions I do I expect. The Rambling Man (talk) 20:17, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- It should be noted that I am presently testing whether or not the 2012 date is verifiable. I have filled out the FOIA form to try to get the FAA to archive the superceded report for ease of linking. I began this on 12 August and to date have not received a response. – Paine Ellsworth CLIMAX! 05:08, 25 August 2014 (UTC)

- No DABs, good!
- Avoid the SHOUTING in the refs, e.g. ref 36 has "BREAKING".
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "currently" tend to avoid this kind of phrasing.
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Usually have non-breaking spaces between values and their units, e.g. 60 mph.
- Not really understand this. Can you specify please? Thanks!--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Have a look at WP:LINEBREAK. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:45, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- All the measurements/speeds in the articles use the "Convert" template.--Dom497 (talk) 19:58, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Ok, if that's true, shouldn't be an issue. The Rambling Man (talk) 20:17, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- "however, has yet to officially open" again, would avoid this kind of phrasing.
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "Also, although..." no need for the Also.
- I can't seem to find this in the article, can you be a little more specific? Thanks!--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- It was in the lead, it's now gone. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:45, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- Status in the infobox is "Operating", but that isn't true, is it?
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "interesting soil conditions" what does that really mean? I guess from what comes next it was "bad" interesting, but it's unclear.
- No one knows what it means. That's why I put it in quotes (I was quoting the article).--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Are rides in italics or not? There seems to be a mix both in this article and across Wikipedia.
- I believe consensus was not to have italics but every user does their own thing. I'll remove the italics.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- No need to have Mäch Tower as a See also as you have it already linked in the article.
- Done.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- In fact, Mäch Tower is over linked in the article.
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "before hand " I think that's one word.
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- " New Years Eve" needs a hyphen.
- Really? Where??? (I've never put a hyphen in NYE / NYD).--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- New Year's Eve, New Year's Day etc. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:45, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Ahhh....you mean an apostrophe!--Dom497 (talk) 19:58, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Indeed, sorry for the confusion. Very tired these days....! The Rambling Man (talk) 20:14, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- "three weeks or 60 hours to complete" I'm mildly confused by this either/or statement...
- Fixed. Better?--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "On April 3, 2014, the" then next para "At the end of February, Busch ..." out of chronological order is a little confusing.
- So this is the problem. If I put it in the chronological order, than this would happen (the flow of the text below doesn't seem right IMO):
At the end of February, Busch Gardens Tampa announced that Falcon's Fury would open on May 1. On April 3, 2014, the park launched a sweepstakes contest for a "Falcon's Fury First-to-Ride Party". A second, similar, contest was launched on April 11, 2014. Fifty random winners from each contest were to be among the first people on the ride. A month and a half later the park announced that the official opening of Falcon's Fury would be delayed. Also...
- Well there's certainly a problem with the fact that " A month and a half later" would put you into late May/early June, and if the ride was scheduled to open May 1, any kind of announcement at this point is too late.... The Rambling Man (talk) 20:19, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
Ok, well that can easily be fixed. I was just trying to show that the the article would go from announcing the opening date, to something else completely, back to something regarding opening date. I would think that the opening day stuff should stay together. Shouldn't it?--Dom497 (talk) 22:37, 20 August 2014 (UTC)- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 20:08, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

- The lead says it hasn't opened, the infobox says it's "Operating" and the article says it's "soft-opened" (I'm not sure what that means)... can you clarify?
- Done.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- Can you link or explain what "soft-opened" means? I've never heard of it. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:45, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- In the quote box I tend to use the one which puts quote marks around the quote to guarantee no confusion.
- I did the same thing that you like to do in the SheiKra article, however, during its FA review, the reviewers wanted it changed to the current box (the same box is used in SheiKra and this article). So if it's ok with you, I rather leave the current quote as is.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- Image captions which aren't complete sentences don't need a period.
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- [18][19][54][56][57] are five references really required? Is this a little bit WP:CITEKILL?
- Removed 2 refs.--Dom497 (talk) 16:56, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- " The ride uses an area of" would prefer "occupies" over "uses".
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "3 feet (0.91 m)" reduce the accuracy of the conversion to one decimal place, I imagine the "3 feet" isn't accurate to less than half an inch.
- Done.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- (magnetic brakes) unnecessary to me as the technical description is already linked.
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- "for 2014, however, in April 2014 updated" reads awkwardly to me.

- Avoid over linking the other amusement parks in the final section (e.g. Busch Gardens Williamsburg).
- Fixed.--Dom497 (talk) 16:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
A few bits to look at after my first run-through. I'll put the article on hold for a week. The Rambling Man (talk) 13:18, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
