[edit]My son loves this book. Any more info, particularly when the second one comes out will be just nifty. Travb (talk) 03:23, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Just Fine
[edit]The article fine just the way it is now. --Anonymus
I like it!
I agree!! Jibajabba 12:51, 16 June 2007
Actually, this article is full of problems.
The article seems to be written by a particularly literate child. I mean that literally. The descriptions of events in the books are unfocused and spend more time focused on minute incident than the overall plot, without regard to relevance or clarity.
An encyclopedia entry is not the proper place to be listing trivial detail. Where is the discussion of themes and analysis? Of charecterization? Of sales and distribution?
Worse yet, in describing a work of juvenile (as in the genre, not the quality) fantasy, an entire article passes without mentioning that the work is juvenile fantasy. That's a huge oversight.

Hopefully the recent revisions are satisfactory. Check it out! --Rgpassey (talk) 17:27, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Just Added
[edit]I recently added a bit of information to Fablehaven. It shows not as much information on the books indivudualy, but more on the series as a whole. Check it out! If anyone has enough time to add summaries on the first two that would be great, but not needed.

Thanks to everyone who has positively contributed to this project. I'm looking forward to the release of future Fablehaven books so we can make the updates here. Happy Reading!

Does anyone know why the images of the books were taken off the main page? Was it a copyright issue? They really added to the overall presentation. I'd like to have them put back. Please comment here if you are aware of some rule that prohibits it.

Reception Section.
[edit]The Reception Section is not very good. The first four sentences are fine, the rest looks like it comes right off the back cover of the book. Most of the section probably needs to be deleted and redone from scratch. 205.118.82.145 (talk) 20:44, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
You are welcome to edit it. --Rgpassey (talk) 14:41, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
Addition of ISBN from Wikidata
[edit]Please note that this article's infobox is retrieving an ISBN from Wikidata currently. This is the result of a change made to {{Infobox book}} as a result of this RfC. It would be appreciated if an editor took some time to review this ISBN to ensure it is appropriate for the infobox. If it is not, you could consider either correcting the ISBN on Wikidata (preferred) or introducing a blank ISBN parameter in the infobox to block the retrieval from Wikidata. If you do review the ISBN, please respond here so other editors don't duplicate your work. This is an automated message to address concerns that this change did not show up on watchlists. ~ RobTalk 01:22, 15 May 2016 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Fablehaven.jpg
[edit]File:Fablehaven.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a non-free use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
