Patents
[edit]Realtime Data has obtained patents that it says apply to FAST. They are suing CME in the Eastern District of Texas, which is notoriously friendly to patent trolls. Exchanges are now looking to migrate away from FAST. This should probably be in the article. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 04:14, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
