Improvements

A few improvements:

Try to expand the lead section.
Consider swapping {{tracklist}} for a table (wikitable) as the spacing will probably be better in terms of displaying the content.
Per WP:record charts sources should be provided alongside each chart and also Heatseakerz can only be used when a song/album fails to chart on main chart.
The singles would be better presented in a paragraph(s) of prose.
