Power?

this page claims 24 kW of reactor power - what is the source ? Ru Wiki claims "Thermal 20 W in average" and that number looks reasonable for no-cooling reactor like USA Pile-1. It also says Higher output bursts could be allowed for short tie periods due to overall big mass and thermal inertia. But those bursts are in no way a nominal mode.
