Proposal to delete
[edit]Another editor suggested deletion (WP:AFD), stating, "there are no other pages about state extremes except for Texas, and there is already Extreme points of U.S. states."—Markles 20:50, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
- Weak oppose. I think it's not a well-crafted article, but it has more information than Extreme points of U.S. states. I suggest finding better ways to expand this article OR transferring its additional data (Highest, Lowest, Geographic Center) to Extreme points of U.S. states. The Texas article, for example has even more data, such as longest rivers, largest lakes, etc. —Markles 20:50, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
Merge
[edit]I have added a merge suggestion template as I feel the information should exist but be merged and not deleted. Discussions can continue on the appropriate pages. Otr500 (talk) 06:31, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
- I also added Extreme Points of Texas which should be Extreme points of Texas. Otr500 (talk) 06:36, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
