Critique?
[edit]This sounds like a promotion for "Biden Bucks" isn't there any critique for this? 105.4.3.205 (talk) 13:46, 30 July 2022 (UTC)
- James Rickards says the order -- specifically Section 4 -- gives the government the ability to replace paper-and-coin money with digital money which the government would be able to trace completely, thus, he claims, leading to a loss of freedom. I don't know if his comments are considered usable here. Kdammers (talk) 04:41, 3 December 2022 (UTC)
- Politifact (https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2022/sep/08/tiktok-posts/executive-order-14067-does-not-allow-federal-gover/) says that such claims are false. Kdammers (talk) 04:51, 3 December 2022 (UTC)
- Politico does not always print the truth. If you read the order you'll see that. They are spinning the truth again 😊 167.89.232.222 (talk) 17:38, 16 August 2023 (UTC)

This is a promotional piece, not an article
[edit]This "article" says:
It demonstrates the United States' acknowledgment of the importance of digital assets and blockchain technology in the global financial system, as well as its intention to remain a leader in the global financial system through responsible payment innovation and digital asset development.
If someone wrote this about some company, the article would be declined--properly so--as promotion! This could have been written by Biden's PR people. Uporządnicki (talk) 11:37, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
- Yep pretty much. This is crap by wikipedia standards and it needs non-governmental references that aren't just providing a useless one-liner. 71.89.48.178 (talk) 20:04, 11 October 2022 (UTC)

Telos
[edit]The word "telos" in the third line is used incorrectly? 66.208.206.105 (talk) 19:15, 24 January 2023 (UTC)
- This is one of the stupidest things any president has ever done you can call it all you want but it’s not a thing but to steal hard working honest Americans money to pay for what all the crazy things he has done and AMERICANS HAVE ALREADY PAID TAXES ON IT AND IT IS TO SPY ON US AND DESTROY SOME OF OUR GOD GIVEN RIGHTS AND STOMP ON OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS 98.72.30.108 (talk) 09:38, 2 November 2023 (UTC)
CBDCS
[edit]Designed ultimately to eliminate Crypto and Cash. Will allow government to monitor and determine all your purchases. 67.82.124.70 (talk) 21:32, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
Euro CBDC - the missing stimulus packade
[edit]Petri Sarvamaa from The European Court of Auditors announced a few days ago (and the news was published likewise in Finland already in September) that they can't trace the capital flow of the EU's Covid-19 Stimulus Packade for the digital criminality plus data manipulations and bad - an evil governance - who had the CBDC aims.
The total missing amount can be several hundreds of Billion euros...
More accountability and anti-corruption reached via the CBDC system in China? 2001:14BB:AF:531:0:0:218A:B901 (talk) 13:58, 15 October 2024 (UTC)
