ELIC Seizure
[edit]Was ELIC really bankrupt? Or was this a massive white-collar crime? Maybe Adams wasn't the best CEO or whatever they were called back then, but wiping out the entire company wasn't called for. Fire Adams, get someone new, don't let Adams touch anything ELIC anymore, there were lots of options.
I think it's laudable that Altus was allowed to purchase ELIC. Aurora has had some problems since (witness their flight out of Santa Monica to Hartford or where it was they went. You know, they were right next to Warner Brothers cartoons after they moved from Inglewood) they were formed, but it was a nice sentiment, anyway.--76.245.120.186 (talk) 23:00, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
