Draft of broad-concept article
[edit]This page has been tagged {{broad-concept article}}. I'd be willing to chip in, but I have a few points to bring up:
- There's already a draft named "Draft:Example", but it's an example of a draft, not a draft of an article named "Example". So instead, I suppose drafting should take place at a different draft name like, say, "Example (1)" or in someone's userspace sandbox.
- For reference, {{DraftChecker}} says:
There's also a banner when editing the page thanks to {{Draft at}}.There is a draft named Example.
- For reference, {{DraftChecker}} says:
- What are some comparable broad-concept articles?
- The best I can think of are Particular, Abstract and concrete, Abstraction, Generalization, Idea, Model, Concept, Design, and Paradigm
- Meanwhile, these are disambiguations: Demonstration, Exemplar, Meaning, Detail, Context, Thing, Generality, and Trope
- What should the article look like and what sources should it draw from?
- To start, I notice the above deal with metaphysics, linguistics, cognition, and a bit of epistemology and ontology, as well as philosophy in general of course
- Coincidentally, I'm also drafting Exempli gratia, if anyone's interested in contributing to that
FYI @Duckmather (since you added the tag)
