Notable?

[edit]

Is this person really notable? All of the references seem to be from websites where it is really hard to judge their reliability. (BTW I came here by clicking the random article link.) Steve Dufour 19:13, 20 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ditto, I don't think he is notable enough to have a page. Rcms3 12 march 2010 —Preceding undated comment added 11:22, 12 March 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Yes, he is notable; he was one of the leading writers for the UK music magazine Melody Maker which was hugely influential. joostdh (talk) 21:37, 16 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Used to be known

[edit]

Just been deleted from the main article but perhaps worth noting that back when he was writing for Melody Maker he was sometimes known as Everett ‘bit of a twat’ True. The reasons were obvious not just by talking to him but reading his articles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C5:930B:B000:BC11:E1E6:9303:58C5 (talk) 16:18, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
