Liquidation

The IP which has removed verifiable information, kept the reference http://opencharities.org/charities/1154988 , which points directly to https://opencorporates.com/companies/gb/03474028 , which clearly states that a liquidator has been appointed. So, either is the information that ESE has become a charity reliable or it is unreliable. If it is unreliable it should not be kept. But the fact that it is unreliable has to be proven. If it is reliable, then the removed information is also reliable, so I have restored it. Tgeorgescu (talk) 20:45, 25 November 2015 (UTC)

The company with an id 03474028 is a UK company, and the "source" was literally a re-publication of primary source from Companies House. (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/03474028) It had specific guideline for WP:primary source. Also, as the owner seem Italian, it seem that UK company is a subsidiary and a branch of the whole education group. Matthew hk (talk) 13:47, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
