Vulnerable to deniable factual errors
The Verkhovna Rada seats 450 elected members. 315/450 is not an "overwhelming" majority. 315/349 is. The English language "Kyiv Post" article cited to justify "overwhelming" statements specifies the latter ratio (those seated and present in the chamber).
