Synonym of Eucalyptus racemosa subsp. rossii

[edit]

E. rossii is now accepted as a synonym of Eucalyptus racemosa subsp. rossii by the World Checklist of Selected Plant Families. The name is still listed at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney but the website "plantnet" is not maintained and is not up to date. The change was proposed by B.E.Pfeil & Henwood in 2004 and the new name was listed in Nuytsia.[1][2][3] Gderrin (talk) 02:23, 11 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

That's nonsense! Eucalyptus racemosa subsp. rossii is listed as a synonym of E. rossii at both the WCSP and the Australian Plant Census.[4] The change was proposed in Telopea (not Nuytsia). Gderrin (talk) 04:09, 16 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
