This page should be transformed into a broad and extensive about what was one long and bloody revolutionary conflict, which like the French Revolution, the Mexican Revolution, or the Russian Revolution lasted for years (in this case decades), featured alot of rebellions and sub-conflicts, and profoundly changed Ethiopian society.
