Here are some potential sources
[edit]- This is a public relations piece.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 19:43, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
- Possibly good reference -- local news. Says he bought a bookshop.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 19:43, 26 February 2011 (UTC)

- This is not a reference for Etan Ilfeld but Ethan Ilfeld (chess player).--Tomwsulcer (talk) 19:43, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
- The above reference is a match. 'Etan',a Hebrew name, is often referred to as 'Ethan' in English, and the reference relates to a chessmaster, and stanford alumnus who is also involved in the art world ;Etan Ilfeld founded tenderpixel gallery, which hosted the show that is specifically referred to in the article:
http://tenderpixel.com/kajmak09.html http://tenderpixel.com/AboutNew.html Hence, Ethan Ilfeld, must also be Etan Ilfeld in this context. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.178.142.95 (talk) 05:30, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
Comment on notability
[edit]I'm leaning that this person is notable, but I urge the article's creators to trim out unsatisfactory "references" such as booksellers and promo guides; please use WP:RS as a guide. What happens is that dubious references are calling negative attention to this article. Further, it is recommended that unsourced content be removed. Inline citations are preferred.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 19:48, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
