E2D
[edit]I was redirected here upon searching for E2D. In my case, the E2D I was looking for was trans-4,5-epoxy-(E)-2-decanal (O=CHCH2CH2(CHOCH)CH2CH2CH2CH2CH3. This is the compound found in blood which attracts various animals and repels others, including homo sapiens. Humans are able to detect the molecule in air at < 1 ppt, apparently. These two compounds are not related.98.21.70.161 (talk) 16:34, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
