-Hi,
-I think I've know the conflict behind the use of sparky the sundevil icon.   On the one hand, the image is clearly copyrighted by [[Arizona State University]].  On the other hand, [http://www.k12espanola.org/education/school/school.php?sectionid=12 EVHS] actually uses Sparky in an official capacity.  Does EVHS have permission to do so?  If they do, then I think its also fair use to post the image on wikipedia under the EVHS article.
