Hi Flowerpotman, if we move our discussion here then neither of us have to see that gold box at the top of our screens :) . I've added a few things to the article, but please change or delete them out if you think they don't belong. And I've added an writer infobox, but I only added to a few of the fields so far. Do you think an image of Ernest would enhance the article? Zephyrnthesky (talk) 20:37, 28 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
All fine by me (not that that matters, but it's nice to be asked :)). I think I have only seen one photo online and I doubt that it could be used as a fair-use image, but maybe someone can come up with something. Of cousre, there is still room for expansion throughout the article, but a lot of areas would need sources that I suspect would only be print based, rather than Internet based. The early 60's television work and expansion to his film work so it is more than just a list are the areas that stick out for me.FlowerpotmaN·(t)19:11, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I saw the photo of Ernest holding an Emmy and didn't know if that would be "fair-use" or whatnot (harkening back to my original question to you re: Golden Rainbow), so maybe it's best to leave this page image-free for now. Unless somebody finds a free one. I think you did quite a good job on the article and am glad you're such a good collaborator, but I defer to your judgement on what this article becomes since if it hadn't been for Golden Rainbow I'm not sure I would have noticed this page. I just played around with searching for info about him and became interested in his career as well. The early radio and TV credits don't have as much info on wikipedia (or elsewhere) as more recent shows, that's for sure. DuPont Show of the Month has a wiki page; I'm pretty sure there was also a DuPont Show of the Week that aired after Month ended, and it may have been 60 minutes instead of 90.
