Surname
[edit]In the hat note, should it read {{family name hatnote|ten Hag|Hag|lang=Dutch}} as opposed to {{family name hatnote|Ten Hag|Hag|lang=Dutch}}? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.92.40.23 (talk) 07:35, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
- In Dutch naming, as I understand it, the first tussenvoegsel is capitalized if no name or initial precedes it, which is the case in the hatnote. Walter Görlitz (talk) 23:23, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
- It's not just in Dutch naming. Any time someone's surname is not preceded by their first name, it should be capitalised (e.g. Mr Ten Hag). – PeeJay 11:17, 21 April 2022 (UTC)
- That's not true. "de Gaulle" for example. 89.19.67.227 (talk) 16:59, 12 June 2022 (UTC)
- What do you mean? If I were to say "From 1959 to 1969, de Gaulle was President of France", that would be incorrect. It should be a capital D. – PeeJay 19:01, 12 June 2022 (UTC)

He has moved to Manchester United and i was going to updated it Allan HR (talk) 10:59, 21 April 2022 (UTC)
- If you read any of the sources about this, you'll see that he doesn't take over until the end of the season. Why would he suddenly leave Ajax right now, a month before the end of the season? Please think before you edit. – PeeJay 11:16, 21 April 2022 (UTC)
Removal of soundfile and IPA-transliteration
[edit]Recently [1], the sound file containing the Dutch pronunciation and IPA-transliteration were removed because of being ″unsourced″. While the article on Dutch phonology will confirm the IPA used here, providing a source for the sound file is somewhat unpractical as these are usually made by Wikipedians proficient in the target language themselves. If some users require additional proof for the correctness of this specific sound file, I would suggest comparing the pronunciation to that of this recent Dutch ESPN broadcast, in which the name Van Hag is mentioned several times. 39+72+111+215+38= 475 games managed, but it shows 474 games managed, also 18+48+56+158+27 = 307 games won, but it shows 306. 207.204.103.52 (talk) 20:53, 19 February 2023 (UTC)

In Thomas Frank’s Wikipedia 2023/24 season, it mentions the mass of injuries they had. However, Manchester United had more and there is no mention of that in Erik Ten Hag’s 2023/24 season overview? Please add this in. 2A02:C7C:DE32:5D00:7DB3:8437:C6C3:560F (talk) 21:39, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. RudolfRed (talk) 01:57, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
