Kurdish Flag

[edit]

The Kurdish flag is the official flag of the Kurdistan region and not the Iraq flag, shouldn’t the Kurdish flag be used in the Infobox. In fact the old Iraqi flag was officially banned from use by the President. --D.Kurdistani 07:12, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And they actually did that last year in the Arab Championship league. In international play, it does not represent a "Kurdistan" team, but a Iraq team. Chaldean 20:32, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kurdistan is a Region in Iraq and each Region have the right to rise their own flags in their regions as they like, just like the United states, each stats has a different flag, but when it comes to represent the country, the one and the only flag is the Iraqi flag. Erbil, not Arbil

[edit]

Please stop changing Erbil to Arbil. The official name of the city by the government and the club itself is Erbil. The official websites are listed. Chaldean (talk) 07:39, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
