That's great, but none of the information refers to 'green tuning' in fact I'm not sure that 'green tuning' is a notable term for anything. - Can you explain why you think that link is relevant? It is not obvious. Since none of the terms environment, impact, vehicle, nor tuning appear in the hackathon article the link would be useless to a reader in any case, even if there were some obscure connection.
