Maybe the title of the section "black legend" should be changed for two reasons. One, the body of the article establishes that it is disputed whether she actually committed the crimes she was accused of, but not that it is generally considered a myth. Second, and more important, the phrase "black legend" is not going to make sense to most English-speaking readers. It sounds like a section about African mythology or something, even if some English-speaking writers have used it. It is a literal translation of the Spanish phrase "leyenda negra." I recommend the phrase "alleged crimes," or "background" or "history" (used in articles about the Mothman or Bigfoot).
