copyright violation?

Seems most of the current version is from this book taken: South Korea: A Country Study, page 162f, by Andrea Matles Savada, DIANE Publishing, 1997

Unrelated portion?

"The United States (25%), China (10%) and Russia (8%) are the countries with the highest carbon dioxide emissions from 1950 to 2005."
