[edit]A history section is missing or?! Like the loss of the US and British of this oil to the Japanese, it was their only real source for fuel... (and other Commonwealth-States, I guess in this Area Australia and 1 small ship from New Zealand than), these Allied fleet had to go back or fight, and I think early 1942 fights were bad for Allies/US, I think the largest single amount of men went into POW in the Philippines, the 2nd largest was during the Battle of the Bulge or "Ardennenoffensive".
Japan had this for almost 3 years
Would the writer or anybody help elaborate the meaning of the bold words as quoted below

mention was made: "In February 2020, it was announced that the People's Consultative Assembly is preparing its first renewable energy bill."
it is now NOV, 2022; what is status? where to find English content on this specific topic?
