[edit]Bon Jovi discovered the band Cinderella in 1985, at the The Empire Rock Club in Philadelphia. They opened for Bon Jovi during the Slippery When Wet tour and Bon Jovi has remained an avid supporter of the band ever since.
This should say heavy metal, not glam metal. If you want to reference glam metal just cause it was mentioned in that one article, then it should say heavy metal and glam metal. A great number of non-glam acts played there, a greater percentage than the number of glam acts. Centerone (talk) 22:33, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
- The cited source makes no mention of the venue being an influential heavy metal club. Please see Wikipedias core policies of verifiability and no original research. If you can cite a published reliable source that the venue was influential outside of glam metal, I'd certainly welcome the addition. dissolvetalk 07:23, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

- Yep, done, and you may want to search wikipedia if you're not already doing it for ALL www.citypaper.net links. They shut down a little while back and internet archive worked with them to grab it all, I believe. Centerone (talk) 01:32, 24 December 2016 (UTC)
