Oxford

On University of Oxford Emo is named the first foreign scholar, arriving in 1190. If that is correct, I can't read the link, access denied, than I guess this Emo is in Dutch known as Emo van Bloemhof, please comment. Peter boelens (talk) 14:40, 20 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
