Dubious
[edit]Giving again the reason for doubting the statement:
The bishop at the time was Franz Xaver Schwäbl. Whoever "Ignaz de Senestrez" was, his name looks remarkably similar to Ignaz von Senestrey, who would become bishop 25 years later, but was at the time a child of 15 and hardly capable of officially recognizing relics.
