It's clear from the sources cited here that she was a champion of women's rights and liberation, and did so as a proud socialist and communist. But is there a source for her identifying as a feminist? She may be "remembered" as a feminist, but it would be good to see primary source evidence she actually was one (and if not, a stronger argument that she could be classified as such). Don't mean to nit-pick—feminism is a very broad, multi-tendency, middle-class movement that many socialists and communists don't identify with, even if there are often alliances and overlaps.
See p. 92-3 of her autobiography (the only mention of the term there), where Bloor is quite critical: "...she had the narrow feminist idea, which I never accepted, of working for women alone." SeamusConor (talk) 19:09, 9 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
