Please take a GOOD look at see FCPS regulation 1505 before you think this is a violation of copyright: http://www.fcps.k12.va.us/Directives/R1505.pdf ...while most sites on FCPS networks unfortunately do NOT conform to those specifications, TJHSST, being under the same rules, does NOT have a copyright on this information. Not that it'd make a very good article IMO. I suggest a write from scratch myself. (preceding unsigned comment by 68.100.68.23 (talk · contribs) )

It seems to me that only says not to place copyright material on FCPS servers, or to assert copyright over material on FCPS servers. It does not say the information should be considered public domain, and it does not say that FCPS waives copyright over material on its public servers. - Just zis Guy, you know? 22:35, 28 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
From Regulation 1505: "P. A copyright designation is not appropriate on any FCPS web pages unless a copyright has been specifically registered for the material presented."
Which does not say that the information is public doman and does not say that FCPS waives copyright, merely that authors should not assert copyright on pages on FCPS websites. - Just zis Guy, you know? 08:16, 29 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ethics

[edit]

I wonder what Lodal would think about having a stub article on wiki? Is this ethical?

I guess so.

Notable?

[edit]

Why is this article here? I don't see the person as being particularly notable. Parudox 17:56, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You didn't go to TJ. Twelvethirteen 21:36, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed I did. However, the Internet doesn't care. This isn't relevant to whether the person is notable. Parudox 17:00, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
