I have absolutely no connection with the subject of this article. In the course of writing up New York State officials and institutions, I found several red links to McCaul who was a member of the Governor's cabinet, so I created a stub article from a Google search which found her resume among other sources. I will try to find more news sources. Racepacket (talk) 20:23, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article also appears to be a copyright violation of http://www.promontory.com/People.aspx?id=302 and http://www.americansecuritization.com/uploadedFiles/ElizabethMcCaul.pdf. HeirloomGardener (talk) 20:32, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I see nothing to indicate that page is public domain. Can you provide evidence of public domain status? I'm going to remove the CSD tag, but I'm still not sure it meets WP:N. I'll put it on AfD to get more input. HeirloomGardener (talk) 21:31, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
