Parliamentary Leader and Co Leadership on the Infobox

[edit]

Relating to the infobot, firstly, her time as "Parliamentary Leader" of the Green Party, the Office of Parliamentary Leader is only one that really exists as a unique office if the party leader is not a member of parliament. It should be shown as being from November 4, 2019 to November 19, 2022, when it was a unique office. Second, I just want to state upfront we should not list her as "Co-Leader" or her as "serving alongside" (as the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand handles co leadership) until the change in leadership model is approved by GPC Members, WP:CRYSTAL. Lastly, asuming that change does happen, I just want to state my opinion in advance that the infobox should show the office of "Leader of the Green Party" as abolished under successor and have "Co-Leader of the Green Party" starting from whenever that office is established. Just to emphasize it, from: Parliamentary leader#Canada. They serve as interim legislative leaders, when a party leader either has no seat in the legislative body, during a transition period preceding, or following a leadership contest.. "Parliamentary Leader" as a unique office in a Canadian Context only exists when the party leader themselves are not an MP but they have Members of the Legislature, so they appoint a Parliamentary Leader. It's something she explicitly took on when she resigned as Party Leader. WanukeX (talk) 03:11, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
