This article has multiple issues. There is barely anything about the wild plant itself, no description, no ecology, no information how to distinguish the wild form (or the domestic form) with related species. No information on taxonomy (who described the species? Subspecies? etc.). Very little on nutrition, nothing on modern uses (which exist). There is a long "History" section that goes into all sorts of aspects that should be covered in dedicated sections (Taxonomy, Description, Ecology, History of human uses, nutrition, etc). There is information in the lead that is not repeated in the article. I have to quick-fail this for now, as the article is not even close (particularly in terms of coverage). --Jens Lallensack (talk) 23:18, 5 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
To start: the comment on the History contradicts the earlier comment; I've reorganised it along the lines you suggest, which took a few minutes. The other items should not take very long either. Chiswick Chap (talk) 08:50, 6 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
