As long as there isn't an article about the actual events this film is based on, I think it's reasonable to have this article in the categories "Mass shootings in Finland" and "Crimes committed against law enforcement", since this article provides at least a bit of information about the events and the name of the film is also likely the name those events are most popularly known by.
