Merge the Eelam War Articles?

[edit]

As stated they seem to be phases in an armed conflict, not individual wars in all aspects. Additionally, these articles seem to only talk about civilian massacres rather than the actions during the war; general battles and the like are not mentioned. Therefore, it is probably beneficial to simply merge the articles, but I will await an expert's opinion. AnyOwl (talk) 10:58, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sri Lankan Civil War is extremely long. Splitting it into the various stages seems sensible but nobody seems to have put the time and effort into making Eelam War I, Eelam War II, Eelam War III and Eelam War IV encyclopedic articles. They have used them to score political points instead.--Obi2canibe (talk) 11:42, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Understandable, I would love to put it together but I am no expert in this topic, not even close. Here's to hoping someone will undertake the task. Thanks for taking the time to reply. AnyOwl (talk) 18:17, 1 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
