Why is the article sourced to the U.S. DoE, legal cases, and other government sources rather than, say, standard histories of U.S. education policy? Secondary sources would have more critical distance from the subject, especially since the intent is to cite their reliable analysis rather than our own. czar06:09, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
