English Wikipedia, home of POV
[edit]Mi dear anglophones, you can't just state that de GDR was a satellite state of the Soviet Union; it is evident that it was heavily influenced by the USSR in every aspect of its internal and external life, but that of the satellite state is a biased definition rejected by many, and so giving it as true and unique is a violation of the NPOV policy. As this article is not the place to discuss wether the socialist states that existen in Europe from World War 2 to 1989/92, the best we can do is ommit that stupid phrase.
Going further on, ¿would you say that every country in the world is a satellite state of the United States just because English is compulsory teachen?
Kindergarten
