How does Belize parallel US and Canada?
I wondered how this Belizean system works.
In Canada, and I presume the US as well, a child must turn five years old at the end of December in order to start Kindergarten, or six years old to start Grade 1.
Assuming the child completes each year successfully, the child graduates from Grade 12 at the age of 18 or 17 (turning 18 by the end of the calendar year that they finished Grade 12).
Which of the following would be correct?

I reverted a large section of deletions from a year ago. Not sure if it was vandalism, but I think it was definitely damaging. The article could still use a lot of work.
