Review the chirality of the PTH-amino acid under mechanism, should be S instead of R.

"concentrations of 1 picomole of peptide or above for discernible results" The picomole is not a unit of concentration. Presumably this should be picomolar? Jamesscottbrown (talk) 19:58, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think protein N-termini get hidden from Edman chemistry. Not in my experience. Certainly not after SDS-PAGE. I'd like to remove this assertion from this and related pages. ChiBeta (talk) 06:21, 4 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
