The picomole is not a unit of concentration. Presumably this should be picomolar?

I don't think protein N-termini get hidden from Edman chemistry. Not in my experience. Certainly not after SDS-PAGE. I'd like to remove this assertion from this and related pages. ChiBeta (talk) 06:21, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
