Clarification needed

- Hi. I didn't write that bit but I'd be pretty sure the writer intended "bettered". I've no way of checking it, but why write it otherwise? After all, you'd expect a woman and an amateur to be slower than a professional, probably a man. So you'd mention it only if she did better. In writing that, I've decided it'd be better just to delete that reference. If you're persuaded by my supposition, feel free to reinstate it!
