Area

[edit]

I'm a bit worried that my edit is original research, but I could not find a reference for the area of the reservoir. The article was contradicting itself, claiming both 61 acres and 80 acres. Therefore I used two tools to measure its area: http://acme.com/planimeter/ and http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-google-maps-area-calculator-tool.htm Using the first tool, going very carefully around the edge, I obtained 57.93 acres. As a check, I repeated it using the second tool, albeit going a bit more roughly with the edge and I obtained 58.17 acres. If you Google, you will find that the area of the reservoir plus surrounding land is variously given as 70 or 80 acres. I hope it's OK that I've changed the article to sort this all out.
